I enjoyed the most spectacular moonrise over downtown Portland last night. It seemed to rise from within the urban canyon of buildings. The sun is setting earlier with the longer evenings leave me yearning for fall, but it's 90 degrees as I type this.
Fall is nowhere to be found today, so I will wait again for the setting sun to let the day's heat escape the city. I prefer the moon to softly light my way.
Is this an Autumn anticipation playlist? Why, yes. Yes it is.
