My Favorite Chords

There's so much music to look forward to this summer... New Weezer, Ben Folds, Coldplay, etc etc etc. One biggie I'd been looking forward to for a long time that's already out is the new Death Cab For Cutie album, Narrow Stairs. I made the mistake of reading reviews of the CD before it was released, which is such a dumb thing to do. I was expecting an album that would be unlike anything I'd ever heard from them before. Instead, I got what, to me, sounds like a classic Death Cab disk. If you love them, you'll love it. I certainly think it's great - and I've posted two songs from it in this week's playlist. They flow together as track 3.

The new Angels & Airwaves album I-Empire is a guilty pleasure of mine lately. If you like the song I've posted above, you'll probably enjoy the whole CD. I certainly do.
