It's not his fault. I realize this, but still... when the power went out at my place late yesterday afternoon... when I wandered outside, in the darkness, roaming around the block to see if my building was the only one without electricity... as the wind was blowing and the rain was slapping me in the face... do you know what I was thinking?
Oh man, that totally sucks. For some reason I'm periodically stuck with various Carpenters songs in my head. "Why do birds, suddenly appear, every time, you are near?"

After I heard the Ben Folds Five cover of Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head, I haven't been able to get it out. I thought they a really good job with it.
Luckily, I don't have a good cover of "Why do birds... etc"
