Good news if you, like myself, are a Matthew Good fan. He's got a new CD due out July 31st. It's called "Hospital Music" and it'll be for sale on iTunes. In fact, I think it's only going to be available online...
He's streaming the entire album on his site HERE!. iTunes is also streaming it as a station in the radio section of your iTunes player (click Radio, then Rock, and scroll down for Matthew Good).

Being that he's at the end of his contract with his label, he's not expecting much of a marketing push for the record, and that's a shame because it's superb.
At least, I think it is.
I've listened to the whole thing several times, but each time, I find myself getting sucked in by a song such that I hit repeat, and then fail to make it through the rest of the album. Then again, each time I listen, it's a different song that causes me to keep hitting repeat.
Like I said, it's a great album.
...so, if you're a Matthew Good fan - or, if you check out his album and dig it, pass the word on. Post it on your blog/myspace/etc.
P.S. If you check out his stream of the entire album, do make sure you listen until the end, because the closing track is a beautiful cover of Daniel Johnston's "True Love Will Find You In The End." Damn right I hit repeat on THAT one.
