Portland, On A Wintry Night

Taking pictures from a rooftop on a cold winter evening proved to be a bit more of a challenge than I was expecting.

Problem number one was the timing. It was really cold, so I tried to rush.

Problem number two was the snow. Getting my tripod level was a lost cause.

Problem number three was my fingers. They very quickly got very cold. I gave up taking pictures when I couldn't feel whether or not I'd pressed the buttons on my camera.

BrrrrRRRrrrr!!!

Still, I'm not complaining at all. I was thrilled to have a bird's eye view of this beautiful city.
