It's A Kazoo Christmas Photo Post

Hey hey hey - were you there? Were you in Pioneer Square this afternoon? Did you see? No...? Well, here are lots and lots of photos from a really fun event.

Special thanks to our conductor - Erik. As you can tell, he was really in the moment. Erik rocked the kizzouse.

Needless to say, one can really rock out on the kazoo. Did I mention our conductor was really feeling it? Ooh yeah. He was.

This guy was feeling it too.

And her. Feeling it.

Sadly, this child was not feeling it. I'm not sure he even knew what it was.

Maybe someone should have told him - the big end goes in your mouth. Those are words to live by, frankly. (I'm not even sure what that joke means, but I know it's FUNNY)

Now, this kid is definitely feeling it. Well, he's feeling something, and that's good enough.

A shot of my friend Jennea, who was the major driving force behind organizing this event, her friend Lauren, who just flew in from Chicago, and the kazoo rockstar man from a few shots above. He's still in the moment. Still feeling. Still it.

The beauty of something as silly as a kazoo choir is that you're never too young...

...and never too old.

We managed to get some press for It's A Kazoo Christmas. Here's a guy filming for Channel 12.

We were in the papers this week too...

And just in case I haven't posted enough photos from It's A Kazoo Christmas, there are even more of them HERE!

Kazoos kick ass.

Great pictures! Looks like everyone had a great time. Seemed to go well, did it?!

Now was this something you organized yourself?

And it was nice to see all of the press attention and spots in papers. Good for you!

I wished I could be there. I had to work (because I have a mortgage.) But I thought of the event during the day and wished everyone the best in my heart.

Any future plans for something like this let me know. :)

It's A Kazoo Christmas is an idea I thought of. I did the website and put a lot of effort into getting it press, but most of the credit goes to my friend Jennea who took the reigns and organized it along with the hard work of several other people who came on board to help make the whole thing happen.

Rob! Your blog came up with my google search for kazoo xmas. How completely amazing. Now I am your e-stalker!!! (Oh yeah, this is Jennea's creepy friend Lauren of Chicago, btw.) Thanks for the photos. I'll be sure to give you the lowdown on affordable living within the city of Chicago soon. Did you guys catch the news last night???

Aside from the horrible cold temperatures it was a great event :) I'm sorry I couldn't stay longer, but I was freezing my butt off...

It was really nice to finally meet you -- I'm sorry we couldn't chat longer!
