See The Sea Foam Foam The Sea

Sometimes, I'll look at photos I shot the day before and ask myself "What were you thinking?!?"

I see shots like the first one below, and wish I'd snapped a million more just like it, because I could have captured something so much better.

Crap.

Ahh well. I still came home from a Sunday at the coast with a few shots I enjoy.

And a sunburn.

There's something downright spooky about the way people appear to fade away in many of these shots. That's not photoshopping... that's shooting with a zoom lens into the mist.

A few shots from earlier in the day... starting with my friend Jennea...

...followed by a random kid who looks like he had a blowout.

As long as he stays in the water, it looks fine.

Really.

...and finally, let's see the sea foam.

"What's the deal with the sea foam, Rob?"

I have no idea... but, for some reason, I'm fascinated by the look of the stuff...
