The Dark And The Light
I bored of seeing the same photos coming up at the top of Jalpuna - on the home page anyway... so I headed out with the camera to take a few random shots. And I do mean random.
Here are seven that I enjoy. A few were taken in the dark of Friday night. The rest were taken in the midday light of Saturday.
I'll start with my favorite shot. I love the color of this one, not to mention the irony. It almost looks like a computer graphic due to the pinkish neon glow. Also, the purple flower is really a camera flaw. It was a little too dark when I took that shot, and the results were curiously odd. The rest are just oddities that caught my eye.

I really enjoy that last shot. I was standing at the corner of Jefferson and 13th, waiting for the light to change, and I spotted a piece of wire above the fence that seemed a little out of place. One of the golden rules of photography is: don't think - just shoot.
So, I shot.
